4th International Conference on Natural Products Utilization From Plants to Pharmacy Shelf29 May – 01 June 2019, Albena Black Sea Resort, Bulgaria
The 4th International Conference on Natural Products Utilization: from Plants to Pharmacy Shelf (ICNPU-2019, http://www.icnpu.com/2019/) was organized by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milen I. Georgiev in Hotel Maritim Paradise Blue*****, Albena Black Sea Resort, from 29 May to 1 June 2019.
The CPSBB participated as a supporting organization. More than 330 participants from 50 different conturies (Europe, America, Asia, and Africa) presented their latest research in the field. Topics included (Ethno)botany, conservation and sustainable uses of natural resources, herbal medicine/botanical supplements, medicinal chemistry, metabolomics, molecular biology and genetic engineering (incl. functional genomics), natural products chemistry, (ethno)pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, plant biotechnology, systems biology, and toxicology.
This global event was an important forum for educating young researchers, for showcasing CPSBB, and for establishing international connections that can serve as basis for future joint research and grant proposals.
